We encourage and promote wellness and physical movement through boxing training. The concepts begin with the fundamentals and increase to advance training within the appropriate timeline. This is life long training and this worldwide movement is just beginning.
The sport of boxing saved my life by teaching me determination, grit and problem solving skills. I have had the opportunity and privilege to see the world using my gloves. Through my zeal for health and fitness I have discovered who I am and my passion for helping others.
